an open-plan kitchen (south-facing) with oven (traditional and microwave), 4-burner hob, dishwasher and fridge-freezer

bathroom and separate WC, sitting area with sofa-bed, TV (TNT)

Upstairs, a large bedroom with 2 beds (90 x 200) facing south, and a smaller bedroom with a bed (140 x 200)

You can eat outside on your private terrace under the hundred-year-old plane tree, and a barbecue is at your disposal.

The swimming pool is set in the vineyards.
