An open-plan kitchen (south-facing) with oven, 4-burner hob, dishwasher, microwave and fridge-freezer

A large living-dining room with 1 sofa-bed and 1 sofa-bed, a television (TNT) and a bathroom with WC

A magnificent stone staircase leads to the first floor

Upstairs: 2 bedrooms, each with a 180×200 bed (which can be converted into 2 single beds), and a bathroom with shower and WC

You can eat outside on your private terrace in the shade of the century-old plane tree, and a barbecue is at your disposal.

The swimming pool is in the vineyard.
